If you are looking for a refund for your App Store or iTunes purchase, please contact Apple directly. All refunds for subscriptions purchased on the App Store or iTunes are processed exclusively by them. We don’t have access to your account with Apple, which means we unfortunately can’t do this for you.

Did you know that only you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription? We don’t have access to your account with Apple, which means we can’t do this for you. However, this can be done very simply in your device’s settings. Just follow these steps:
- Open the Settings App on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top of the screen
- Tap iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap View Apple ID - you may be asked to sign in
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the Asana Rebel subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will not renew, but you can continue to use the premium content of the app until the current billing period ends. If you are also looking for a refund for your App Store purchase, and are still eligible for one, please contact Apple directly. Did you know you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription yourself? It’s quicker than asking us to do it, and you stay in control. Just follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store App on your Android device
- Tap the Menu button
- Tap Account
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the Asana Rebel subscription
- Tap Cancel to end the automatic renewal of your subscription
Your subscription will not renew, but you can continue to use the premium content of the app for the remaining time you paid for. If you are looking for a refund for your Google Play Store purchase, and are still eligible for one, please fill out our Refund Request form.
