How to Build my Daily Plan?
We define ourselves by the choices we make and the actions we take. This isn't always as easy as it's made out to be which is why we've created the Daily Plan. It has been specifically designed to encourage you throughout the day to make small actionable decisions that will lead to an overall healthier you.
Our experts have put up a range of challenges and activities that will help you through your journey, such as avoiding caffeine after 2 pm, doing the plank, fun quizzes, nutrition hacks and many more.
Here’s How to Get Started
You will find the Daily Plan feature in the top right-hand corner of the Today tab.
The plan is divided into four dayparts: morning, daytime, evening and sleep. Simply add and remove actions you wish to undertake according to your preferences. A selection of actions will be recommended according to each daypart, but you can, of course, customise this to fit your needs.
From the Daily Plan overview, you can celebrate your success by completing your actions, set yourself reminders and edit each daypart as your goals evolve.

Edit your Daily Plan in 3 Quick Steps
- Go to Daily plan, in the top right-hand corner of the Today tab.
- Select the desired daypart: Morning / Daytime / Evening / Sleep.
- Tab + to add or remove the actions of your choice
Once your new preferences have been saved, the Today Tab will adjust itself accordingly.
Additionally, you will be able to see other reminders or inspirations with an option to add them to your Daily Plan directly from the Today tab.
