My session keeps freezing or crashing. What can I do?

Crashes and freezes are the worst! If you are experiencing issues with video playback, try the steps:

1. Force-close the app and re-open it
2. Delete the app and reinstall it 
3. Update your device’s operating system
4. Refresh your Internet connection
5. Restart your device
