If you aren't immediately able to access the premium content after having purchased a subscription (via Apple App Store), there's no need to worry just yet!
Occasionally subscriptions aren’t activated immediately and need a helping hand. To force the app to recognise your purchase, follow these steps if you have an iOS device:
- Open the Activity tab
- Tap on the Settings wheel in the top right-hand corner
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen
- Tap Restore Purchase
If you want to log-in using your email, make sure to use the same email address with which you bought the subscription (e.g. on our website).
If you purchased on our Website or on the Google Play Store, these steps won’t help. You’ll need to contact us here.
