We have 14 days refund policy at the beginning of the subscription. If you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know and we will refund accordingly. This policy does not apply to subscription renewals.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with a refund directly if you purchased your subscription through Apple App Store. To claim a refund contact Apple here.
There is a good reason why we can't do this for you - Apple's privacy policies restrict our access to your payment, as well as the payment details linked to your Apple ID. This means that only Apple is able to process a refund for you.
